Eligibility
Candidates interested in this research position must possess the following qualities:
- Independent analysis and approach in previous work.
- Problem formulation and precision in the attached research plan and previous work.
- Methodological and scholarly maturity.
- Communication and cooperation skills.
- Knowledge and skills corresponding to a social science or humanities second-cycle degree in a subject that is relevant to the field of Global Politics. Clues to examples of relevant subjects can be found in the description of the project.
- Ability to express oneself in written and spoken English on an advanced level.
Candidates are also selected based on project basis.

Postdoctoral researcher position: Molecular dynamics simulations of hydration of proteins and carbohydrates
Eligibility
Candidates interested in this research position must possess the following qualities:
- a PhD in physical chemistry, biophysics or theoretical chemistry (or a subject closely related to this).
- Hands-on experience and scientific expertise in molecular dynamics (MD) simulations of biomolecules, MD simulations of the glassy state and the glass transition, and molecular simulations of hydration of biological or organics molecules are highly valued.
- The candidate should also have the ability to work in a team and collaborate with people in complementary disciplines.

Doctoral student on food proteins from sustainable plant sources
Eligibility
Candidates interested in this research position must possess the following qualities:
- has been awarded a second-cycle qualification and has satisfied the requirements for courses comprising at least 240 credits of which at least 60 credits were awarded in the second cycle, or has acquired substantially equivalent knowledge in some other way in Sweden or abroad. (HF 7 kap 39 §)
- strong interest in interdisciplinary research with a solid background in a related field of study (e.g. (bio-)chemistry, food engineering, physics).
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- be open and able to actively contribute to an interdisciplinary and international research environment.
- experience in research related to proteins in solution or protein hydrogels is a merit, as well as conceptual knowledge on the physicochemical and biophysical basis of protein phase behaviour.
