Eligibility:
Applicants to the 2023 Rhodes Trust award should have the following:
- Be a citizen of one of the qualifying countries.
- Not more than 24 or less than 18 years of age at the time of application.
- Must have finished a bachelor’s degree, enough to qualify for an admission offer at the University of Oxford.
