The SI scholarship is aimed at developing global professionals who can contribute to the UN 2030 SDG goals. The major eligibility of the scholarship is for applicants to have a clear idea of how education can contribute to the development of their home countries, more like bringing the knowledge and experience obtained through the SI scholarship home.
There are about 250 master’s degree SCHOLARSHIPS to study in Sweden, intended for studies between one to two years, funded by the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Swedish Institute now calls for applicants into any of the available programs as long as you’re from an eligible country and you have supporting documents to show for your course of choice.
Value of Scholarship:
The SI Scholarship will cover the following
- Full tuition
- living allowance,
- A Travel Grant for international applicants.
- Health insurance AND
- A monthly payment of SEK 11,000 to cover your living expenses throughout the study period.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for the SI Global Scholarship, you need to;
- Be a citizen of an eligible country, see the list of eligible countries HERE .
- Be admitted to one of the schools in Sweden as a fee-paying student by March 30, 2023.
- Have a minimum of 3000 hours of work experience, with demonstrated leadership experience from your employer(s).
