Applications are open for the University of Palermo Scholarship in Italy 2024-25. The University of Palermo (UniPa) is a public research university Established in 1806 in Palermo, Italy. One of the oldest Universities in Italy. The University hosts more than 50,000 students. UniPa offers a wide range of Undergraduate and postgraduate programs, including 122 courses (first and second cycle), 44 master’s and specialization courses, and 23 Ph.D. courses. Applicants from all around the world are eligible to apply.
This is a pre-enrollment call for the application for those applicants who require a Visa to enter Italy. The University of Palermo has the lowest Tuition fee. The pre-enrollment includes a letter of acceptance from the university, which is typically required by the Italian Embassy or Consulate when processing your visa application.
University Admission Confirmation: While pre-enrollment helps with the visa process, it doesn’t guarantee admission to your chosen program at the university. You must also complete the separate admission procedures established by the University of Palermo.

Tuition Fees for Non-EU Students
Non-EU students residing abroad can choose to pay the tuition fee according to one of the following options. Countries are divided into three categories:
- List A: €206 fixed fee (including regional tax of €156 for the right to study).
- List B: €256 fixed fee (including regional tax of €156 for the right to study).
- Other students not listed: €356 fixed fee (including regional tax of €156 for the right to study).

Required Documents for Master’s Degree Program
To apply for the Master’s degree program for the University of Palermo, Applicant must have the following documents;
- A Valid Passport.
- A Passport Photo.
- A copy of Bachelor’s Degree.
- Circullum Vitae (CV).
- A copy of the Transcript of the Records.
- IELTS is not required. You can submit an English Proficiency letter from your previous institute.
- Duolingo test is not allowed.

- Starting of the Enrolment application. Applications”>” New Application”> Calls and Enrolment Application > Enrolment Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree Application.
- Registration on the Universitaly Portal.
- Enrolment finalization.
